Pneumatics Training System:

Innovative Systems is a manufacturers and suppliers with extensive experience in Designing Industry relevant low-cost Pneumatic Training System to

facilitate the students to grasp the Knowledge of Pneumatics and Electro-Pneumatic components, internal design, their symbols with hands on experience.

Pneumatic components and systems can be found in all aspects of manufacturing applications from assembly line robots, to storage, retrieval and delivery systems by providing the force for clamping, lifting and moving. Pneumatic and Electro-pneumatic technology enables the automation of entire production processes, thereby reducing time, costs and improving quality.

The teaching of pneumatic technology is the key element in preparing the students to suit the modern industry needs. Our Pneumatic Training System provides industry relevant experience in pneumatics, electro-pneumatics, interfacing of electro-pneumatics with PLC, Various Types of Sensors and three modes of PLC programming.

State-of-art, Multidisciplinary, Industry Relevant Pneumatic Training Systems Designed for Educational Training & Laboratory needs

The Pneumatic Training System consists of mounting panel along with a wide range of Industrial grade pneumatic components converted into didactic components to mount and configure easily on the Aluminum panel in order to create a variety of pneumatic circuits. Students can connect different components, change the physical parameters and observe system response.

Our Pneumatics Training System emphasizes real industry concerns as it takes students through two levels of study:

1. P100M gives them broader experience in pneumatics & advance pneumatics.
2. PTS100E takes them into electro-pneumatics using PLC and various types of sensors.

Innovative Systems Pneumatic curriculum is a combination of text books and automation exercises giving the students state-of-art industry relevant experience.

Pneumatic Air Motor:

A pneumatic motor or compressed air engine is a type of motor which does Mechanical Work by expanding compressor air. Pneumatic motors generally convert the compressed air to mechanical work through either linear or rotary motion. Linear motion can come from either a diaphragm or piston actuator, while rotary motion is supplied by either a vane type air motor or piston air motor. Pneumatic motors have existed in many forms over the past two centuries, ranging in size from hand held turbines to engines of up to several hundred horsepower. Some types rely on pistons and cylinders, others use turbines. Many compressed air engines improve their performance by heating the incoming air, or the engine itself. Pneumatic motors have found widespread success in the hand-held tool industry and continual attempts are being made to expand their use to the transportation industry. However, pneumatic motors must overcome inefficiencies before being seen as a viable option in the transportation industry.
